Returns & Exchanges
At The Lit Company, we want you to love what you ordered! If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Follow the guidelines below to return or exchange your items effortlessly.
Return Policy
- Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, stains, or damage.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items like LED Strips with peeled off tape is non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Submit a Request: Contact our Customer Service team here with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Send It Back: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location. Ensure it's properly packed to avoid damage in transit.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your item, it will be inspected. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free of charge! Just follow the steps outlined above, and let us know which product variation you’d like.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something that wasn’t quite right? Contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account.
